Amalfito Cocktail
Ingredients:Â
* 40ml light rum
* 30ml #limoncello
* 20ml lime juice
* soda water to taste
* 2 drops of Angostura bitter (optional)
* 1 teaspoon brown sugar
* 8 mint leaves
* ice
Okay, I just realised I used #prosecco instead of rum! My bad. 😅
But the outcome is surprisingly good.
