Yesterday we had a person in Nigeria that needed to send money to a person in Kenya.
They entered the Kenyan recipients phone number into Tando's app, set the amount of KSH they wanted to send him, and then paid the lightning invoice the app generated, and within 15 seconds the Nigerian sent Kenyan shillings into Kenya. Thanks to magic internet money!
