Dont do side quests. Just do main quest, get mount, get to nightmare. Side quests are bait. The xp reward to time is horrible. If you want renown, do dungeons, waypoints, strongholds, and Lilith shrines. Quest xp doesnt scale and in world tier 4 youll get like 13k xp for a quest turn in and 2 mill for a dungeon.
