Ive been using bamboo toothbrushes and fluoride free toothpaste, daily flossing, (more of an OCD things for me)for about 7 years. Last year I went in for an oral checkup after not going for 6 years. The dentist said I didn't even need a cleaning and said I was doing great, whatever it may be. Then they wanted me to make another appointment for 6 months, I said "I'll see you in another 6 years"
