For what purpose? ASICs have chips that process the SHA256 algorithm trying to brute force guess the current nonce to complete a block.
Relays.. well relay and store information. They don’t require more than a basic computer as far as hardware goes. One of the beauties of Nostr is that relays can be cheap and abundant so decentralization and resilience go up.
