This is your reminder that, when someone belongs to a minority group you're not a part of, you have to listen when they tell you something is doing harm. It doesn't matter whether or not you agree or even understand.
One I see a lot is women pointing out that "you guys" is exclusionary language unless the audience is definitely all guys.
