Not sure if he is on Nostr (in fact I doubt it, but he does accept bitcoin). Fredy Vargas in San Salvador. Hes doing my dental work at the moment. Doesnt do Xrays. Not necessarily decentralised, but if he is advising treatment, he is very easy to ask questions, and you can say no if you want. He was the one who told me 3 of my previously diagnosed cavities which I never got treated are in a healing or healed state.
