Go figure — the man who killed Olesya Larina is a convicted rapist who’s been in and out of prison for more than a decade. Were it not for the Russian military’s recruitment of convicts, he’d have been there on April 30, when he murdered Olesya, shot her husband, and terrorized their kids.
