I haven't really looked for details but seen this poster for about a week now so you know more than me about it.
4D cinema huh?
It is a pity there are so many haters in Turkey, spoils it for the rest.
The Philippines has a resaonably large following and BLINK groups. The US is a hard market but a lot know of them. Sure it will show in the US and maybe the Philippines if have a Theater to host as you say in 4D
