You could always work backwards 😂. But, yes, of course, we have a suggested order. There's a whole online beginning class that we put together during pandemic lockdown. Free and on youtube. We teach a Qigong set (5 animal frolics) & the first section of the form. Even if you do nothing more, the qigong will make you feel good for 10 minutes of practice!
