Pulled up our annual garlic supply today. This will go into the garage to dry for several weeks, then I'll trim off the crispy tops and roots. About 4 lb will go back into the ground in Oct. Variety is Georgian Crystal. I replaced the garlic plants with beet seeds. #garlic #harvest #GrowYourOwn
