I feel so good, the run today was amazing! 12K without an effort. Put on a death metal playlist and felt the runner's euphoria in high speeds. My average speed is about 6,5km/min so this time I ran much faster, my race pace which is below 6 most of the time.

I think runs are like life, full of ups and downs and even a downhill doesn't mean it's going to be easy. The start and the midway of the route feel in parts effortless, but when it's near end, you'll start to count the amount that is left of it and when it's done oh boy. If my life ends up like this run, I'm happy.
