Depends on where you are (as in: is VoLTE a hard requirement?), and which distribution/OS or device you're talking about/interested in. (I don't need VoLTE yet, calling works for me on a stable distro).
Audio regressions unfortunately happen on fast moving distros as audio configs don't magically self-update for upstream kernel/pulseaudio/pipewire changes, see

for recent examples, so going with boring stable options is recommended.
