Honestly if they chose a mindset this stupid it's their fault. ACAB fails at holding police accountable because you decided that all police are pre-determined to abuse their power. Which incentivizes the corrupt to abuse their power anyway, because you deem them corrupt by nature of their job and not their actual actions. Why be a good cop, if apparently there's only bad cops.
