I predicted this about three years ago, but it's increasingly obvious that the idea of a "World Wide Web" where content freely filters across the planet without restriction is coming to an end. In it's place will increasingly be segregated regional or national networks similar to China and network traffic from hostile areas will increasingly be censored or jammed in some capacity.​
