Yup, not a good look that toxic behaviors typically found on mainstream social media have arrived at Nostr also.
Block and report is the only option since we can't predict behaviors before they are acted out.
It might be useful to set up a pay-to-DM model where users can set a cost from 0 to any amount of sats for private messages. Setting the cost to 1-10 sats might be enough to reduce most trolling activity.
