The likelihood that a mining pool is going to be the first one to put child porn on the blockchain is equivalent to their hashrate, unless they run a filter like ordisrespector (Luke-jr's patch), then their chance of distributing child porn to the world, forever, falls to zero. Even if mining pools filter out the gaŕbage, can't prevent people from inscribing crap in the blockchain, but then the vandals will have to run their own mining pool.
