One of the most impactful moments of my life was seeing the one and only Bubbles in person at the center for great apes. He's definitely the alpha male of his group, don't let that cute grin fool you. I wasn't aloud to take pictures at the center, but I can assure you, these apes are living in a great environment. It's part of why I always talk about this sanctuary specifically.
