Been visiting family in Europe all June so haven’t had time or place for a proper running build to find out. Managed some short distance regularity in the first couple weeks, but no time or place since. Not getting 50+ miles a week kills my sleep the most, getting maybe 5 hours max any given night.
Mostly just shedding hemoglobin / red blood cells at sea level now, will be interesting to return home to elevation 😅
