Fish can be a bit expensive in shops, especially the wild caught stuff, but a lot of people fish themselves or know someone who does, so that makes it more easily available.
Fun fact: fishing with a rod, floater and a hook is these days free-for-all in Finland. As long as your fishing rod doesn't have a reel, you don't need any permits or fees for fishing.
Berries are sold at markets and those who don't pick themselves, often buy crate or few in the season, and freeze them for the winter. But a lot of people still go out and pick their own wild berries.
