Arborvitae can produce multiple leaders and it looks like that's what's happening. Yours may be young enough to straighten out by ties and pruned to a central?
A local arborist could give better info on the leaning one and some of the others though. These trees are hardy and can take heavy cutting but please don't depend on my say so. 🙂
