At the eye doctor today, there were *two whole* receptionists masked instead of the usual one. The guy who did my scans was also masked.
My doctor had a fellow, who saw my mask and asked did I want her to go grab one. I expressed my gratitude and relief, even threw in a line about how most people don't even bother asking. The doctor, who usually does not wear one, then came in wearing a mask.
Things must be *really* bad out there if folks are actually reading the fucking room.
