I've been on Lily Nichol's Real Food for Fertility/Pregnancy recommendations for about 5 years. Organic, locally sourced, in season produce, grass fed, wild caught, organ meats, avoid professed food, etc. Plus several high quality supplements.
My cycle is not synced with the full moon or new moon. That's an area I actually have not looked into yet...
