Today I'm going to attend a workshop-style seminar with three of my colleagues.
It's a bit depressing,(Anxious because the venue is expected to be crowded with people. I will bring more meds for panic disorder) but the cafeteria at the venue has a good reputation for delicious lunch, so I'll be there. hehe!
