Every time I talk about how I program in C (which is, I admit, an idiosyncratic style not widely embraced by anyone) I get some wag in the comments talking about how I'm "just reinventing C++" or "not using real C" or some other bullshit.
Like, really, fuck off with that. When I submit a PR to someone else's project, I match their code style to the last detail, because that's how it's done in polite society, so don't come at me about the code I write for my own projects.
