You know, I'm not totally sure. Malaysia is an option, South America has a few decent countries as well. Maybe Eastern Europe as well?
Georgia, Azerbaijan, Equador and Cambodia are good places to open bank accounts to get oneself started on the path to a second citizenship.
I need to do a lot more research on the specific places I would consider for sure.
