We got a significant inheritance from my mother. That paid for a generational house and allowed us to use our resources to fund a trust.
I'd say we're a generation ahead of you, which I take only a small part of tje credit for.
Internet advice is always iffy, but I'd look into strategies to pass along what you have in a way that future generations can't spend it on hookers and blow.
IOW, how to avoid the 3 generation cycle.
