They wont just come and say, "Hey we need more liquidity so we are going to fire up the printing press" No, the banksters will get regulations changed to the SLR exemption (Supplementary Leverage Ratio) and allow them to do big treasury buy backs with unlimited leverage, hence decreasing volatility. Leverage does not do well with volatility. That will be the liquidity and that will raise the price of Bitcoin.
