Based on means, the absolute rate of people doing this kind of thing must be <1% of the U.S. pop, but the relative rate among rich-presenting people seems somewhat high? I must know 10+ who've done this, and that's just the ones who've been discovered
BTW, I'm not counting things like successfully selling scam "get rich" courses, since selling a lot of those is a kind of success
