This black dude we just hired reached out to me asking if I could help him download something. I asked him for more info and suggested I'd try to help but I'm not IT. He got an attachment in an email that failed to send fully and is showing as an error, as though I would know why tf that happened or how to fix. He also sent me a heart emoji again.
