At Amazon, they have a vanity badge system for employee completion of internal surveys, trainings, conference attendance, etc.
Wonder the effect it would have on employees if tied to sats/monetary value…it’s bold
I mean, you don’t necessarily need lightning for this but still an interesting social experiment
