At this point, we are never going to make up for decades of lost time in figuring out how to amass power. We are going to be on the back foot, playing defense, until we pry enough of these fascists out of power to undo the damage they’ve done, particularly via gerrymandering and other voter suppression, to even consider bringing legitimate competition over ideas, policies and values into our political processes.
