There's a lot of things we technical people do without effort,
we often don't see the issues normal users might face using software. For example: a family member tried to use the new onboarding feature of #deltachat to create a profile and then add a PC as a second device. That family member ended up creating 4 different profiles and is now left completely frustrated by my request to, in their words: create yet another chat account. I don't think it's an issue with this app specifically.
