relay hints are what ties a decentralized nostr together
if I reply to your note that I found on relayA, I can publish my response to relayA but also to my outbox relay relayB; people that follow me and ask for content on relayB see a response from me to an event NOT present on relayB, but because of the relay hint, they know they can get the OP from relayA.
