Yeah, I think we bitcoiners and nostriches tend to be a little over optimistic about freedom and adoption etc. š¤ I don't think states will easily throw away existing laws/norms.
Nostr could almost be a verification of the owner as long as notes remain undeletable - so would be a useful tool in the legal process. Unless the pirate conceals their identity, or is an ai š¤
