Lovely walk today around the river, managed 7km & I’m quite happy with that, hoping I can improve on it over time. My knees feel a little tight now but I expected that, one walk a week just isn’t enough. So I’m going in Friday as well. Beautiful day, I’ve had the doors & windows open as there’s no cool wind, it’s very still. Need to shut up soon though.
Gave up on the plan to work on the new garden bed, so I baked bread instead & it’s yummy.
