sadly I didn't discover this until my phone got hot and used a bunch of mobile data. Fortunately my Nextcloud is only 30GB but still definitely a bad bug.
As a really happy user of Nextcloud, I'm really shocked they haven't pulled the update and made an official statement. Its definitely dinged my confidence of Nextcloud a bit. 😞
