D1038272 issued for a construction toy but not to Lego.
I went down the Lego rabbit hole on this one to see if this was a mod of a Lego design like some others that have issued. Nope - looks like someone else is selling this construction set with blocks that look so much like Lego blocks. #DesignPatents
