During COVID, elections, and all other prolonged events writing hourly, daily data to the IPFS would help preserve the authenticity of data.
We cannot trust anything from the "governments" no matter who is in the White House, who controls the EU, WHO, other organizations.
If you redo the Archives, this would be a valid consideration - albeit ahead of its time, maybe.
