I read something a few days ago about not charging your phone overnight and keeping the battery between 80% and 20% for its lifespan. I figured modern phones would have a good enough BMS to mitigate this but I've been trying to keep up with that.
I've found it to be a little anxiety inducing and I worry about emergencies so I just try to get it to 80% before bed or before I leave the house.
