Spending a portion of this afternoon researching self-publishing options. Plenty of places will take any old PDF (or even markdown). But things start getting muddy if I want the ability to print physical copies with a registered ISBN.
I can see why many just roll with a publisher.
Any folks have experiences with Amazon's KDP, IngramSpark, or Lulu? Are there others I should consider? I'd love to hear people's experiences.
