Style queries and scope are the two that I don't really try to get away with yet. I just know they are missing support in a whole browser.
But light-dark is much easier to put behind a feature query, so I've been playing with it a lot in my side projects. I've been putting color-mix and oklch behind the same query even though they have better support, and then provide a fallback based mostly on browser defaults.
