Grayscale just refiled their ETF application.
the SEC had until tomorrow evening to give them a yes/no. i assume Grayscale figured they were going to get a "no" and feel more comfortable getting their decision in unison with Blackrock in January (the new SEC deadline for Grayscale's approval is January 10th).
