I do cheat a little and eat fruit with my shake every day, just a banana and some mixed berries and nuts... why: I have noticed that I fatigue less with this minimal carb load after hitting the gym.
Pure carnivore was good and all but I would have to sleep and hour after every session (where I go as hard as I can, spartan style) because I was wrecked, now I just hit the smoothie (kefir, berries, banana, nuts, creatine 10g, protein poweder) and I am right as rain to attack the day.
