Tortilla factory! Big fat stack of flour tortillas finished.
My best batch yet.
I figured out that my towel I have been using to wrap the tortillas as I bake was absorbing too much moisture from the tortillas. A thinner linen napkin is working better.
Spend 45 minutes making refied beans and salsa on the weekend, then I’m set for about 13-14 huevos rancheros in the next month. My fave breakfast. #cookkng #food
