I haven’t tried full spectrum. I rent, so it’s the light fixtures and car headlights I can’t control that are aggravating. Electric vehicles, LED lights, recycling and wind/solar- they aren’t giving the public all the info we need to decide it it’s really environmentally friendly. Like “gender affirming care,” it’s doublespeak
