TBH, the best idea is to get a ‘digital signage’ TV, which are ones businesses buy because it’s just a dumb TV with no nonsense. Then get yourself an AppleTV box to get the best streaming experience. My ATV box from 2016 still runs buttery-smooth and zero ads are on the thing.
