I listen to the individuals making the different arguments. Intuitively, Mechanic and Luke come across as genuine and truthful. I've met Luke on two ocaccions, and the way he interacts and chooses his words gives away his authenticity and dedication.

Lopp and Todd come across as smugish and overconfident. I also don't like how they brush off what seems to be the main issue of byte limit.

The boys at Ocean seem like they want to address every corner of every issue to keep the integrity of bitcoin. Core seem like they have ulterior motives.

I don't know the tech, but I know when people aren't being entirely honest.
