Just a thought on #book recommendations:
I am in the search of a new book to read. I have came across several things (tools, lists, etc) that try to recommend you something, but they are all "author based", not "book based".
That's a pity, cause while it might be cool for avid readers, casual readers like me (who read 2-3 books a year at best) might have never read the same author twice, therefore authors are not a good key to build a "taste pattern".
