I don't know if it's mitochondria or the bladder part but I'm curious in how to make true hermaphrodites from humans.
But really what's purpose of studying bladder and waste beyond medical treatment purposes? Maybe the bladder could have more capacity or that bladder problems old people have could be solved.
Many people aren't interested in that stuff until they are affected by it in some way and by that time it's usually too late because their mental capacities have deteriorated and have nobody to help them.
The current system doesn't seem to prioritize life extension from my point of view.
And if people are immortal what purpose is for sex organs? I guess it's regulated to pleasure like recreational activities.
